Frequently asked questions
What counts as a domain?
A single license can have many domains attached to it. Every domain you create and manage in Hub adds to that license's domain total. Together with how many servers report under the license, that total is what determines your plan.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
Nothing breaks and your domains keep running normally. On your next invoice, the license is automatically re-matched to the tier that covers your current usage, including if you add a second managed server, which leaves the free plan even when you are still within the free domain range.
Can I change plans later?
There's no manual upgrade or downgrade. It's automatic. As you create and manage more (or fewer) domains, or add another server under the same license, your license gets re-matched to the corresponding plan and billed accordingly starting with your next invoice.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Not yet. Today all plans are billed monthly. Reach out if annual billing would help you and we'll consider it.
What if I use more than one server?
The free offer covers up to 3 domains on a single managed server. A second server on the same license is allowed, but the free tier no longer applies. The license is reclassified to the paid plan for its domain count, even if you are still within the free domain range, and billed from the next invoice.
