Terms

1. About the service

Beway operates beway.io, an account, licensing, billing, and support portal for Hub — our Docker container deployment and management platform. By creating an account or using the portal, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information at signup and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Licenses and plans

Each license gets its own key and is used by one Hub instance. The billing plan is determined automatically by how many domains that license manages — there's no manual upgrade or downgrade: as you create or remove domains, the license is re-matched to the corresponding tier and billed accordingly starting with the next invoice.

4. Payment and billing

Charges are recurring and processed by Stripe. If an invoice goes unpaid, the license may be restricted: domain management is limited to the free tier (you can check the current limit through the licensing API itself) once there are 2 or more overdue, unpaid invoices. Domains already in production keep running normally during the restriction — only creating new domains and new deploys is blocked until the balance is settled.

5. Acceptable use

By using beway.io and Hub, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal activities or to host content that infringes third-party rights
  • Attempt to bypass, forge, or reverse-engineer Hub's license verification (HMAC signature, domain counting)
  • Resell or sublicense license keys without our prior written authorization
  • Overload, attack, or attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure or that of other customers

6. Your data and your applications

Hub runs entirely on your own infrastructure — we never host, access, or have visibility into the code, data, or traffic of the applications you manage through it. The only information that reaches beway.io is the aggregate domain count periodically reported through the licensing API (see our API docs), used to determine your plan and license status.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep the portal and licensing API available, but we don't offer a formal SLA unless agreed separately in writing. Support is provided by email during business hours.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted, we're not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from use of the service, including the self-hosted Hub software.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice in the panel. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You can close your account at any time from the panel. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms or prolonged non-payment, with prior notice whenever possible.
