1. What we collect
We collect only what's needed to operate your account and billing:
- • Account data — name, email, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text)
- • Profile picture (optional), uploaded by you
- • Billing data, processed directly by Stripe — we don't store card numbers
- • Aggregate license usage — domain counts and server identifiers reported by your Hub instance via API
- • Support ticket content and, if you opt in, newsletter subscription
2. What we don't collect
Hub runs on your own infrastructure. We never have access to the code, data, traffic logs, or visitors of the applications you manage through it — only the aggregate domain count used to determine your plan.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to operate and secure your account, process payments, respond to support, and, when you opt in, send product communications. We don't use your data to train third-party models or for advertising.
4. Sharing with third parties
We don't sell your data. We share only what's necessary with providers that help us run the service:
- • Stripe — payment and invoice processing
- • Resend — transactional email delivery (verification, password reset, notifications)
- • S3-compatible storage (MinIO) — for profile avatars
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you close your account, we remove or anonymize personal data, except where retention is required for tax or accounting obligations tied to invoices already issued.
6. Data security
Passwords are stored with Argon2id hashing, sessions use signed and protected cookies (HttpOnly, Secure in production), and sensitive secrets are encrypted at rest. Full details on our Security.
7. Your rights
You can, at any time:
- • Access, correct, or export your account data from the panel
- • Delete your account, which removes your personal data per the retention section above
- • Opt out of marketing emails at any time (unsubscribe link on every newsletter email)
8. Cookies
We only use essential session cookies (authentication) to keep you signed in to the panel. We don't use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice in the panel.
